Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. An ancient practice only once knew by the rare sadhu or rishi. We have these teachings now to deliver ourselves to our excellence, truth and greatest capabilities referred to as a self sensory human. Kundalini Yoga is a science of Kriyas, Meditations, Mantras, Mudras, Bhandas and relaxation.
