The Sacral Chakra

The Sacral Chakra. Located in the lower abdomen below the navel, the sacral chakra or svadhisthana is the second in your seven chakras. The Sanskrit name translates to “one's own dwelling”. The sacral chakra is associated with the emotional body, sensuality, and creativity. We will balance the Water element with Kriyas, Meditations and the Gong.
