The Throat Chakra, located at the neck is called the Vishuddha, it is the fifth of your seven chakras. The Sanskrit name translates to “Essentially Pure”. The Vishuddha chakra is associated with the speaking the Truth and our Self Expression. We will balance the Ether element with Kriyas, Pranayams and Meditations.
